Welcome, my name is Rophin Vianney and I have worked in holistic health and wellbeing for over 20 years. I am a qualified Breath Coach, Meditation Teacher, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Reflexologist, and Aromatherapist.
I work with individuals and companies to help them achieve a healthier, more balanced life by introducing tools and techniques to reduce stress, anxiety and sleeping challenges. Breath work, meditation and yoga were once considered "New Age" thinking but by combining the latest research from pioneering scientists including stem cell biologist, Bruce Lipton* geologist, Gregg Braden and organic chemist, Dr David Hamilton* to better explain these ancient philosophies, I have been able to develop a comprehensive training course which delivers a range of resilience techniques to help combat stress and help individuals lead a more balanced and contented life.
I am by no means the perfect example of a yogi! I do enjoy the odd glass of wine, chocolate and Netflix binge, and like anyone, my emotions can be knocked off balance. However, The combination of Breath Work, Yoga and Meditation are practices I use in my life. I can honestly testify that they have helped me lead a very content and peaceful life.
