Join a stress busting workshop, led by qualified professionals in the fields of Breath Work, Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing.
During the three hour session, you will learn how to release tension from the body and strengthen your nervous system, ultimately boosting your resilience to stress. After the workshop, you will gain access to the training covered on the day with videos to support what you have learned and maintain your practice.
The yoga is suitable for ALL levels. If you haven't practised yoga before it will introduce you to basic postures to help open up tight necks, shoulders and hips. If you are already a yoga practioner, you will learn techniques which allow you to go deeper into your practice, with the correct use of the breath. You will be able to access a recording of the yoga which is recorded prior to the session.
The Breathwork empowers you with simple tools to help take control of your nervous system. This allows you to build resilience to stress in your life, and boost your immune system, improve your mood and sleep.
The meditation will encourage the mind to be in the present and focus upon releasing hidden stress and worries. You will have acccess to an online recording of the meditation after the workshop to listen to in your own time.
The Sound Healing will literally blow away the cobwebs! As you relax, a cacophony of sounds from tibetan bowls to large gongs will be played, and the vibrations from each note will interact with the cells in your body to help remove stress and blocked energy and bring homeostasis back into your body.
